How to do it

  1. Step onto the pedals and take a light grip on the handles.
  2. Start easy for several minutes before increasing effort.
  3. Push through the whole foot and keep the stride smooth.
  4. Drive the handles with the arms instead of letting them ride along.
  5. Hold the planned pace or resistance without rushing early.
  6. Reduce effort gradually before stopping.

Watch for

  • Leaning on the handles and unloading the legs.
  • Letting posture collapse as fatigue rises.
  • Heels lifting off the pedals.

Breathing

Breathe rhythmically and keep enough control to match the session goal.

Tip

Increase resistance rather than speed if the stride starts to bounce.
