How to do it
- Stand in an athletic stance with one rope end in each hand.
- Brace the core and keep the shoulders down.
- Move the ropes with quick arm action while the torso stays stable.
- Keep the knees soft and feet planted.
- Maintain the same rhythm for the whole interval.
- Stop before posture breaks or the low back takes over.
Watch for
- Shrugging the shoulders toward the ears.
- Leaning back to move the ropes.
- Letting the waves die between reps.
Breathing
Breathe in short steady breaths throughout the interval.
Tip
Pick a wave height you can repeat without losing your stance.
