Delete your SmartReps account
You can delete your account in the SmartReps app or request deletion by email, even if you can no longer sign in.
Delete in the app
Open SmartReps, go to Profile, select Delete Account, and confirm. Your sign-in account is removed immediately and your SmartReps data is deleted in the background.
Request deletion by email
Email support@smartreps.app from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my SmartReps account”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What happens to your data
Deletion removes your SmartReps profile, workout history, programs, templates, custom exercises and related app data. It does not remove records you chose to write to Apple Health or Health Connect; you can manage those in your device's health app.
App store purchase records remain with Apple or Google under their policies. Transaction records that SmartReps must keep to meet legal obligations may be retained for the required period.
